How do I return a Waldor & Co. product?

We want you to feel safe and confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. All our products have been quality controlled by professionals. You may return any unused Waldor & Co. products in their original packaging for a full refund within 30 days after you receive your order. Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the return and have to send it back.

Please include a copy of the order receipt in your return shipment. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees incurred in the delivery of the return package, as well as all taxes and duties, which we will assess against you retroactively.

 

Can I exchange a Waldor & Co. product?

Exchanges are free of charge. You may exchange any unused Waldor & Co. products in their original packaging within 30 days after you receive your order. To exchange a product, contact our customer service at info@waldorwatches.com and we’ll send you a return label to use for the exchange and further instructions. We will send you the new item as soon as we have received and approved your returned item.
