How much is shipping?

Shipping is on us! We offer free worldwide shipping with UPS. For those in a hurry, we also have an express shipping option available for a small additional fee, so you can enjoy your purchase even sooner

What's the delivery time?

The delivery time to Canada is 2–5 working days days after we receive an order. Any orders we receive before 2:00 PM CET on working days (except public holidays) will be shipped the same day.

Why can’t you deliver to P.O. Boxes?


UPS delivery policies prevent us from shipping to P.O. boxes, military bases, and certain restricted locations. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete residential or business address at checkout.

Where can I buy or try your products?

Our online store www.waldorandco.com is the only place in the world where you can buy Waldor & Co. products. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide you want to change the size or color of your item, we offer free exchanges. And if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days.

What does "pre-order" mean?

In situations where our most popular items are temporarily out of stock or when the demand for a new release is exceptionally high, we sometimes offer the option to place a pre-order. This involves securing the product by paying for it in advance, ensuring that you will receive it as a priority once it is restocked or when it is officially launched. Products eligible for pre-orders are always indicated with a special badge on our website. The estimated waiting time for a pre-order is stated on the product page and typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks. If you wish to inquire about the status of an ongoing pre-order, our customer service is always available to assist you.

How do I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at info@waldorandco.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our logistics center it cannot be canceled.

Cancellations after shipping: If the item has already left our warehouse and been shipped to you, don’t worry! You can still return it for a refund by using our convenient return portal, which you can access here.

How do I return a Waldor & Co. product?

You may return any unused Waldor & Co. products in their original packaging for a full refund within 60 days after you receive your order. Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the return and have to send it back. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees incurred in the delivery of the return package, as well as all taxes and duties. We offer prepaid return labels at negotiated prices with UPS.

To simplify your return and promote sustainability, we recommend reusing the original delivery box. If this is not possible, please use a smaller box to minimize empty space and reduce the risk of damage during transit.

When will I receive my refund for my returned purchase?

You may return your purchase within 60 days of receiving it. Used items and watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. 

Our return process is 5 working days counting from when we have received your return. As soon as the warehouse has registered and accepted your return, the refund will be issued to the same account that was used when you made your purchase. Please note that it may take 1-3 banking days until your money is back on your account.

How do I exchange my Waldor & Co. product?

Exchanges are free of charge. You may exchange any unused Waldor & Co. products in their original packaging within 60 days after you receive your order. To exchange a product, please register your exchange at our return portal and we’ll send you a prepaid return label to use for the exchange and further instructions. We will send you the new item as soon as we have received and approved your returned item.

How do I adjust the size of my watch?

Mesh strap: You can find detailed instructions in the enclosed manual or watch our tutorial video here. No special tool is needed, you can easily adjust it using a small, pointed object.

How do I close the clasp on my watch?

How do I set the time & date on my watch?

Applies to Delight, Eternal, Venia, Imperial, Constant, Novel:

You’ll use the same crown to adjust both the time and, if your watch has a date indicator, the date on your Waldor & Co watch.

To set the date, unscrew the crown and pull it out one step, then turn it clockwise. To set the time, pull the crown out two steps and turn it clockwise.

Once you’re finished, press the crown back in fully to start the watch. Please ensure the crown is securely pushed in, as the watch won’t start otherwise.

Applies to Chrono, Epoch, Inceptive, Avant:

To set the time, pull the middle crown out two steps and turn it to the right (clockwise), then properly press the crown back into place to start the watch. If the crown is not properly pushed into place, the watch won't start.

Press the top button to start the chronograph, the second hand will then start ticking. Press the top button again to stop the chronograph. It will then stop and indicate the elapsed time. Press the top button again to proceed the chronograph. Press the bottom button to reset the chronograph. The second hand will be reset to starting position “0”.

Please note that the chronograph can only measure up to 60 minutes. 

Is my Waldor & Co. watch water resistant?

Yes. Watches with a 5 ATM level of water resistance are wearable when using household sinks, playing sports, showering or swimming in shallow water. Do not wear a watch with a 5 ATM water resistance while bathing, snorkeling, scuba diving, or participating in any other activities that result in full submersion of the watch for extended periods.

Watches with a 10 ATM level of water resistance are wearable when using household sinks, playing sports, showering or swimming in shallow water, bathing and snorkeling. Do not wear a watch with a 10 ATM water resistance while scuba diving.

Products that are made with real leather, including our leather straps, should not be exposed to water.

Does Waldor & Co. products contain nickel?

According to EU regulations, all Waldor & Co products are 100% nickel-free. All our products are made of polished 316L stainless steel.

Customers that have nickel allergies will not experience a problem with our products.

How do I clean a product from Waldor & Co.?


Dial: The dial of the watch is made from scratch- and shock-resistant sapphire crystal. It's easily cleaned with a dry, soft lint-free cloth.

Straps: All of our watch straps are either leather or stainless steel straps. You clean the straps by simply applying soap water with a toothbrush and dry using a soft cloth. 

General: Don’t use harsh chemicals when cleaning the watch. Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetics, etc. Such products may damage the watch.
